1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship Australia-wide.
Selected products may also be shipped internationally in the future (updates will be provided on our website).

2. Order Processing
Order processing times vary depending on the collection:

  • Jaipur Archives (In-House Collection, shipped from Australia):
    Processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Partner Brand Products (Shipped from India):
    These items are often made-to-order or fulfilled directly by our artisan partners. Processing may take 3–7 business days before dispatch.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order has been dispatched.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes
We work with trusted courier partners to ensure safe and reliable delivery.

Because we operate a hybrid model, delivery times vary:

  • Local Inventory (Australia): Delivered typically within 3–7 business days after shipping.

  • Partner Brands (India): Delivery generally takes 2–4 weeks, depending on carrier timelines.

Products within the same order may arrive separately if shipped from different locations.

4. Shipping Fees
All product prices listed on our website are inclusive of shipping for items shipped from India.

Products Shipped Within Australia:

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

    • Your delivery location

    • Size and weight of the item

  • Free shipping may apply during special offers or promotions (as specified on product pages).

Any special promotions or exceptions will be clearly mentioned on the product page.

5. Customs & Duties
For items shipped from India:

  • Orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, depending on Australian regulations.

  • If applicable, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.

  • We will notify you on the product page or checkout wherever possible.

Products shipped from within Australia are not subject to customs duties.

6. Delivery Issues

Sattva & Sage is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or unforeseen events.
