Refund policy

1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns on selected items that are unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Return requests must be made within 7–14 days of receiving your order.

Please note: Only items from our in-house collection, Jaipur Archives, are eligible for return (unless damaged or incorrect).

2. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

Products from our partner brands (as these are shipped directly from India)
Exceptions apply only if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Custom-made, personalised, or made-to-order products
Fragrance, beauty, or hygiene-related items (for safety reasons)
Sale or clearance items (unless defective or damaged)

3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please email hello@sattvaandsage.com.au with:

Your order number
The item(s) you wish to return
Reason for return
Photos, if applicable

Once approved, we’ll send you return instructions.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or sent in error.

4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of your refund status.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Please note:

Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable
Refunds apply only to eligible items (Jaipur Archives or damaged/incorrect partner-brand items)

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Provide photos and a brief description

We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping charges if applicable.

This applies to both Jaipur Archives and partner-brand items.

6. Exchanges
We offer exchanges only for our Jaipur Archives collection (subject to stock availability).

For partner-brand products shipped from India, exchanges are not possible unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
