How long does shipping take?
For in-stock items in Australia: 3–7 business days. For pre-order or international items: 10–20 business days (noted on product pages).
Are your products ethically made?
Yes. We prioritize artisans and brands who follow ethical labor practices, use natural or recycled materials, and keep craft traditions alive.
Do you ship across Australia?
Yes, we ship Australia-wide. Since our products come from both our local inventory and artisan partners in India, delivery timelines may vary by item.
Is your packaging eco-friendly?
We prioritise eco-conscious packaging and use recycled or recyclable paper materials wherever we can. Some protective elements may not be fully eco-friendly, but we keep them to a minimum.

How do I return or exchange an item?
We want you to love what you receive.
Returns for our in-house collection, Jaipur Archives, are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the item is unworn and in its original condition.
For partner brands shipping directly from India, returns are only accepted in case of damage or incorrect items.

Are returns free?
Returns are free for damaged or incorrect items. For change-of-mind returns, customers may need to cover return shipping.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes! We offer exchanges for items from our in-house collection, Jaipur Archives.
For products from our partner brands (shipped from India), exchanges aren’t available unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
