This piece is rooted in Punjabi folklore, revolving around the ever-convoluted struggle of the lovers Heer and Ranjha to come out victorious in their love for one another. The Phulkari embroidery resembles the fields that witnessed their story unfold.

Product Details: 100% pure cotton, fully embroidered Phulkari, spray design, geographically tagged. 

Wash separately (recommended for heavily embroidered items). Hand wash in cool water or machine wash gentle cycle. Lay flat or drip dry in shade to maintain the shape and preserve the embroidery stitches.

The piece features Phulkari embroidery, a traditional folk art form with deep roots in Punjab, India. The word Phulkari literally means 'flower work' and involves the meticulous hand-stitching of designs across the fabric using a unique darning stitch. Here, the embroidery captures the fields of the Heer-Ranjha love story. This geographically tagged, fully embroidered piece is a handcrafted garment infused with cultural heritage and regional storytelling.
